The Association can provide spokespersons and subject-matter experts for a wide range of issues including rural health communities, policy & advocacy, grant writing and much more. In addition to connecting the media with experts, NERHA is committed to raising awareness of the issues that matter most to rural patients and providers. From highlighting workforce challenges to amplifying stories of innovation and resilience, our goal is to ensure that rural voices are heard and represented in policy discussions. By engaging in advocacy and public education, NERHA helps drive solutions that strengthen health access, equity, and sustainability across New England’s rural communities.
