2026 Conference Poster Submissions

Join us this fall for the 2026 New England Rural Health Association (NERHA) Annual Conference, where we’ll explore how innovation, collaboration, and community are shaping the future of rural health. Returning to New Hampshire for the first time in years, we’re excited to welcome 400+ rural health professionals to Concord, surrounded by scenic forests and trails; the perfect setting to reconnect, reflect, and reimagine the threads that bind our work.

Poster Session Submissions

Share your research, programs, and ideas at the 2026 New England Rural Health Association Annual Conference, taking place November 17–18 in Concord, New Hampshire.

Poster presentations are an essential part of the conference, offering a space to visually tell the story of your work and connect with attendees in a more informal, conversational setting.

Aligned with this year’s theme, “Weaving Transformation into the Rural Fabric”, we welcome posters that highlight how research, practice, and partnerships are being woven together to strengthen rural health across New England.

Why Present a Poster?

Poster sessions provide a unique opportunity to:

  • Showcase your research, program, or initiative in a visual and engaging format

  • Connect one-on-one with conference attendees and leaders in rural health

  • Receive feedback to strengthen and refine your work

  • Contribute your perspective to a diverse and collaborative learning environment

We strongly encourage student participation! Poster sessions are a supportive, accessible way to share your work and build your professional network.

What to Submit

We welcome poster proposals that reflect a wide range of work in rural health, including:

  • Research studies and evaluations

  • Program implementation and outcomes

  • Innovative models or pilot projects

  • Community-based initiatives

  • Quality improvement efforts

  • Policy, education, or workforce development projects

Submissions should clearly communicate the challenge, approach, and impact of your work.

Poster Session Experience

Accepted poster presenters will:

  • Display their posters during a dedicated conference session

  • Have the opportunity to engage directly with attendees, answer questions, and discuss their work

Poster sessions are designed to spark conversation and connection, helping ideas spread and take root across the rural health community.
