Pre Conference Workshop: “Creating a Digital Front Door for Rural Healthcare”
As telehealth becomes a permanent part of healthcare delivery, success depends on more than technology alone. Join MCD’s Digital Health Team for this interactive workshop focused on making telehealth work for patients/ Integrating telehealth into a seamless patient experience. Speakers from MCD’s Northeast Telehealth Resource Center & Northern Border Region Workforce Development team will guide a practical conversation around improving patient engagement in the digital health landscape, and the quality of those digital health encounters for providers. Participants will examine the patient journey through virtual care, identify barriers related to digital literacy, accessibility, trust, and connectivity, and learn practical strategies for designing inclusive telehealth experiences.
